1. Booking Confirmation

• Your reservation will be confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
• A booking confirmation will be sent using the contact information provided during the reservation process.
• Please ensure that all guest information is accurate while booking.

2. Advance Payment Policy

• The advance booking amount is 100% non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or changes to the booking date.
• Guests are advised to confirm their travel schedule before making any payment.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• A valid Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every guest during check-in.
• Check-in and Check-out timings are subject to hotel policy.
• Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available depending on room availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
• Illegal activities or behavior disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited.

5. Hotel Rights

• Hotel D Palace reserves the right to refuse accommodation if hotel policies or local laws are violated.
• The hotel may modify or cancel bookings due to unavoidable operational circumstances.

6. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, valuables, or personal belongings.
• The hotel is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other events beyond its control.

• Guest information will remain confidential and will not be shared without legal requirement.

8. Acceptance
