The advance booking amount is non-refundable.

Changing or cancelling

To change dates or cancel, message the hotel on WhatsApp as early as possible. The hotel will explain how date changes and no-shows are handled for your booking.

Early departure

If you leave earlier than booked, tell the hotel; the hotel will confirm what applies to your stay.
