Booking and stay questions
Is there an airport pickup service?
Yes, airport pickup can be arranged. Send your flight number and arrival time on WhatsApp and the hotel will confirm the arrangement and the fare before you travel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, so ask in advance.
Do you offer short stays?
If you need a room for a few hours, message us on WhatsApp with your times. We will tell you what is available and the rate for your dates.
Is the advance booking payment refundable?
No. The advance booking amount is non-refundable. See the cancellation policy for the full terms.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
We are in Ashkona, Dakshinkhan, a short drive from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Dhaka traffic varies, so leave extra time before a flight.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash in taka, mobile banking such as bKash, Nagad and Rocket, cards and bank transfer. Tell us your preferred method when you book.
Can children stay, and is an extra bed available?
Children are welcome. An extra bed is available at ৳500 per night, subject to the room. Tell us the ages of children when you book.
How do I book?
Use the booking form. It prepares a WhatsApp message for the hotel. Your booking is confirmed only when the hotel replies.
What should I bring when I check in?
Bring a valid passport or national ID for every adult guest.
Can groups or pilgrims book several rooms?
Yes. Message us with your dates, number of guests and rooms needed, and we will quote the group arrangement.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available for guests.
Is the front desk open at night?
Yes, the front desk is open 24 hours, and you can message us on WhatsApp at any time.
