Bookings

A booking request sent through this site is not confirmed until the hotel replies and confirms availability. Prices are in Bangladeshi taka per night and may change; the confirmed price is the one the hotel states.

Payments

The advance booking amount is non-refundable. We accept cash, mobile banking, cards and bank transfer; the balance is due as agreed when you book.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Guests must present a valid passport or national ID.

Guest conduct

Guests must respect other guests, staff and property, and follow Bangladeshi law. The hotel may refuse service for unlawful or unsafe behaviour. Damage may be charged.
